I'm confused as to whether my hairline is receding or not?

Can anybody help?

I see what you're worried about. The hairs in the corners that are less dense? Do not be. You currently have a female hairline. Even females often, very often, have less thick hair right there. Your hairline is superb, and good sized forehead as a bonus.

Just take pictures every 3 to 6 months to keep a watch. Take them exactly in this same setting and strong lighting. The only other pictures I would add would be one directly from each side view. And check your crown every 3 to 6 months. Right now you have zero to worry about, just do a routine check.

Oh, you're a Norwood 0 to a Norwood 1. No where close to a Norwood 2, if case you wondered that.
Thanks mate, appreciate it.

Now that you are aware of your hairline take care of it.

Do deep tissue massages, eat holy, and apply topicals such as rosemary/peppermint oil to enrich your follicles and to suppress DHT on scalp.

I have seen this result before. It looks decent but density would require second procedure. I will propably get hair transplant with Bloxham or Gabel when I hit 23.

In my opinion he didn't even need one to begin with. But I see transplants as a tool for those who are NW4+ to go back to having an okay hairline, or for some older men with mild to moderate hair loss to go from NW3 to NW2 or NW1.5 maybe. Now if this guy's hair loss speeds up in a couple years he will have to get an intense and expensive hair transplant to keep that Zayn Malik hairline going on without looking pluggy or weird, or remove the transplanted hairs altogether.

I don't agree myself, but I also don't believe that average guy suffers so much from hairloss as average user on this forum. Look at these results by doctor Konior. Anyone in here would love to get those rather than a conservative hairline.

The last one is a women and Konior gave hair insane natural level density.

Seems like the website isn't working for me right now so I'll check it out later. Personally I think that getting a transplant is a very personal decision and that it's all about your objectives and expectations: A Norwood 2 guy may feel very insecure about his hairline and want a NW1, while a NW2.5 or 3 guy may be happy without any transplants until later on.

And yeah I don't know why these f*****g links don't work. You can search the results on hairestorationetwork just type 2884, 2926,3024 in search.

They look nice to me but personally I don't think any of the three needed any work done, maybe the woman but I'm not sure. Had I been in their shoes I would simply have spent the money on a nice holiday, a course, a car or some boat. But at least they had FUT done so hopefully the two men will still have 6000+ grafts in case their baldness progresses, their hair seems thick enough for good coverage too.

Since you mentioned Gabel I'll leave you this result which seems good to me. The 31 year old had FUE done for 2100 grafts. I'd be happy getting this result at 31 (Especially since they didn't use so many grafts for such good coverage) if Finasteride doesn't work out for me or my baldness progresses to such a stage by his age, since I may be headed towards this pattern (NW3A/4A) by 30 something if I'm unlucky:

I don't get what you mean by the red part, but there is a youtube video and interview of this patient in youtube and Gabel's website and his hair looks the same than in the picture. This didn't include temple work, they may seem a bit better in the after picture because it was taken 2 years post op and the patient had his hair grown out quite long.

why do hair clinic never fill in the temple region like the picture i showed?

Can they actually do it or is it something not recommended?

Top clinics, usually try to get result as if you were norwood 6 already. That way it will aways be possible to add hair behind created hairline or maybe lower it later.

yah cuz all i wanna do is get a cave man hairline. i just need it lowered thats all really. Dr Ulmar is way too expensive last time i checked he did 8 per graft years ago

If you want it lowered by 1cm you would need 1100 grafts for 55FU per sq cm. North America has best FUT surgeons, and they are all expensive.

does it have to be FUT??? i'd rather they not take a whole strip of skin off the back of me head

If your hairline don't touch your eyebrown, you are balding .
Lol.
Meaning?

If you're not here to help people or ask for opinions, p**s off
You're 40+ and joined a hair loss forum to be a rude racist douche to people who are worried and anxious (your must be living an interesting life).

P.S. telling people to "drink semen" (what the actual f**k with that one? lol) and turning everything into a homosexuality issue, projecting much? Explains your anger/trolling. Here's a link for you:
