Get on topical finasteride or oral ok? Is that what you want to hear? That you are thinning? If you have noticed less dense hair check your diet first. Maybe lacking vitamins and nutrients. But it comes with age too. You cant have exact same density as you had at 20. Is this due to androgens? Perhaps. But even women thin out abit as they age. It happaned to my sister even. Shes like 36 and she used to have denser hair as a teen.
