He's either a typical scare monger that gets off on making fake stories to freak people out. Or he's one of the people that make fake scare stories because they only believe that naturals work.

There have been others with major reactions to finasteride on other boards and believe them to be true. But you are looking at just a handfull of people that get reactions this severe out of tens of thousands so the odds are no way will this happen to you.

Just start on smaller does if you are paranoid but dont let it stop you.

You want to do something about hairloss then finasteride is the most studied and approved one there is.

But Propecia can f*** your hormones up for good, saw a program on swedish TV, for not a long a go, with interviews with doctors who told that propecia could cause permanent sexual problems. And there was a guy, i think he was canadien, who got interviewed, he developed permenent impotence on propecia.

When you take drugs, that alter your hormones, there will always be a chance that you mess them up for life.

Oh yes, and this is written by a guy who has dropped propecia twice, because of sexual problems. But want to restart propecia, when I get some medication to reduce estrogen....So im prepared to mess with my hormones.

I came across this post myself and bumped it up. I don't think he is lying at all.

Do a search for his name and read all his posts. He was doing very well for a few years and then he got some serous sides.

This could happen to anyone. How likely it is, I'm not sure. There is a website called propeciasideeffects.com (I think) with allot of people having irreversible side effects that ruined there lives. I would imagine the chances of this happening are greater with dutasteride.

I'm not trying to scare anyone, I take propecia myself. I am very worried about long term side effects though.
