It seems like he has reversed Y pattern of balding and also his hair line in front seems very suspicious, doesnt look real for some reason. He also makes nw3 look somewhat pretty good. Very confusing case. Maybe he adds a lot of topik on top.

Just did a bit of my own research. Dude is almost 39 and looks great for his age. He's rather thin, a bit pudgy but that is acceptable for his age. He looks good in a suit and still has great coverage at this length of his hair and the beard looks good too. He's not really covering up anyway. If anything, his hairline is rather exposed and he is using Toppik / fibres (you can even clearly see where he used his finger tips to smudge it back into his hairline). He is making it work and will probably continue to bald. If he did a transplant at 45, he could go back to a very natural looking NW2, maybe even more than that to be honest. I've seen Dr. Diep do magic on worse cases like this. Absolutely normal balding dude.

yeah, that's what i was saying. he looks incredible for his progression of hair loss and age. he runs semi cover up game in a sense that he puts that remaining forelock into the left covering one the bald sides. the way his hair is cut and styled makes it look amazing for nw3-4. also yeah, high quality beard helps a lot, plus he isnt ugly in the first place.
