is this salvageable with Finasterade ?

will Finasterade make it look like it was before thinning and falling, I used minoxidil for a couple ofmonths but no results, the hair kept thining.
I did my research about Finasterade and I am willing to take it ,
do any of you had the same thinning or worse and got their hair back after using Finasterade? please can you share with me your pictures before and after , I would appreciate it
