Maybe because not everyone has the time to study the forum and go searching for every single answer? Maybe because the answer isn't so clear cut because people respond differently? When you refer to spironolactone, are you talking oral or topical? I have seen many different claims on it's effectiveness.

Because this sh*t is so unclear.Some say dutasteride destroyed my hair but finasteride recovered it,other say ru is useless, other say spironolactone topical doesn't work , other say im on the most extreme regimen but it caused reflex hyper-androgenicity and lost all of my hair.

Everyone says different and people want to know what is the safest and most effective one but instead their mind is so confused so they repeat all things to be sure.

Topically spironolactone won't do jack. Orally, spironolactone and cyproterone acetate are very effective but will trade you of your masculinity. Serious sides. Oral bicalutamide is even more powerful and at 50mg ED it has a 40% chance of gyno and although its affinity for the AR is 30-100 times lower than DHT, it builds up systematically to be 600 to 2500 times more potent than Test or DHT for the AR.

its one of the worst AAs due be being a diuretic. Much safer AAs out there like bicalutamide
