minoxidil doesn’t work I tried it for months,
is using Finasteride will help me get it back to how it was ? does finasteride need a prescription ?Thanks

When I shave it shorter than this it looks so thin ,and when I grow it it looks good bcz my hair is thick I guess.

You seen a dermatologist to check for male pattern baldness? Finasteride will help for male pattern baldness, meantime use ketaconazole shampoo like Nizoral or Regenepure DR.
