Is topical Cetirizine safe?

I'm thinking of trying it because others have reported it helping their hairloss, if it doesn't work it doesn't work. Atleast I've tried. I'm currently using minoxidil twice daily and nizoral twice weekly. I went onto finasteride for a month but started getting side effects so I dropped it. The only thing stopping me from trying topical cetirizine is I don't know if it's safe as it's not a very well known treatment
