No clinical evidence that I am aware of but there are supporters for arginine (Dr. Proctor and Pichard).

I cant take arginine due to oral herpes issues.

Does the argnine cause you to get a break out?

Absolutely. Arginine is a favorite food of the herpes virus. It helps the virus multiply and activate.

For me, very immediate reaction.

I take 2 grams of l-arginine a day and I can honestly say it has improved my libido and my stiffies :laugh:
