itchy head after hair transplant - what can i do?!?!

i only had a small session of grafts performed but man my head is itchy at times!

what can i do to stop the itch or do i have to just ride it out as im assuming its the scabs and the healing process!

how do you guys with mega sessions of grafts handle the itch, must be he11

The itchyness is natural theres a lot of sh*t going on under the skin. Try applying some aloe vera gel. Just keep telling yourself that its the healing/growing process.
