Itchy Itch itching

Ok, after I started using T-Gel shampoo my dandruff and itching stopped. Just in the pass few hours it came back... hard. Is this finasteride working. I also notice more hairs when I put my hands through my hair. Just seems a bit early for it to kick in.

I guess Nizoral I go..... (i'll have to pick up a bottle :/)
