Ever since I started looking into hair loss I could never notice a receding hairline. now it's literally every adult I see has a really dramatic one. It's a constant reminder everywhere I go that I either look like them or I will soon. This is too ****ing much.

Just shave it bro. It's all about confidence.

Well, I live in germany (sadly I have to say), we still suffer from WW II in the way that everybody is still in fear of being called a nazi or a racist etc. I buzz my hair every couple of weeks (down to 2 mm). It's cheap, comfortable and I think it suits me well. But recently some stupid guy in the city called me a "skinhead" (he meant nazi) and insulted me by calling me some nasty names. I just ignored him, but this is the result of our stupid "Kampf gegen Rechts" ("fight against right wing"). It should immediately be renamed into "fight against extremism". The result of 70 years of brainwashing ... short hair = "skinhead" = rightist = rightist extremist = nazi = kill him.

However, this is what can happen to you if you wear your hair short in germany ... too sad.

You look thuggish with a buzz cut in the UK too. Unless it happens to suit you a lot with your good looks and dressed very friendly. Don't forget some small parties/groups in Britain at the time were far right and supported Hitler.

I've never been to Germany, but for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure dressing well can mitigate negative assumptions about you. I mean, does everyone in Munich think Pep Guardiola looks like a Neo-Nazi?

I deal with this too. I'm in a weird transitional period. I see people without any hair loss and feel like one of them, and I see people with hair loss and I feel like one of them too. Since I know if I got off finasteride I would go back to shedding like a mofo, I can't say I trully FEEL like a non-balding man, even though you can't see it. Also I notice everyone's hair now, even women. For the past 6 months I've noticed that there are a lot of women losing hair too. It's pretty sad.

Shedding doesn't mean anything.

All I know is there are men out there, i.g. Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Kit Harington, who will probably go their whole lives without ever once finding a bunch of hair on their comb.

that's not the point ... I don't want to have to think about a "politically correct" dress code before I leave the house. I want to wear whatever the f*ck I want. When that guy insulted me I've been wearing a dark blue jacket (Chiemsee Active Wear), a pair of washed out jeans and sneakers. Absolutely nothing offending.

The german "Antifa" (aka "rote SA") wants to dictate what brands of clothing are "allowed" to wear. For example, if they'd see any guy wearing a jacket from "Lonsdale" or "Thor Steinar" they would instantly try to lynch him. Granted, the neo nazis may tend to wear these brands, but what if tomorrow they'd decide to wear blue Lacoste Polos? Do I have to throw my Lacoste Polos in the garbage then? it's so stupid ...

Honestly, I must admit I didn't know it was that bad prior to reading your post. Pretty f-d up bro. In America (or at least California), to be seen as a Neo-Nazi, you pretty much have to have a visible Swastika tattooed on your body. Here in Orange County, CA, about 25% of white guys have a buzz cut. I can't believe Germans are that senseless and sensitive. I probably am more right wing politically than you, but given that I'm a hispanic man, if I visited Germany I'd probably get treated better than you were by that very same guy.

And honestly, as I said I'm not white, but I don't particularly mind being around Neo-Nazis, or anybody who hates me, be they black guys who dislike me, or racist Asians (of which there are many). Granted, the beliefs of Neo-Nazis are pretty f'd up, but if they don't bother me and I don't bother them, what's the f&ckin' big deal? I guess a lot of people these days feel good about themselves whenever they can say "HEY LOOK, THERE'S A BAD GUY!!!! LET'S GET HIM!!!!" They are so empty on the inside that they seek out this confrontation to feel better about their meaningless life.

Yes, it's getting worse and worse here in germany. A neo nazi is suspected to be lurking around every corner with his baseball bat ... the german politicians seem to be completely brainless. One could assume the "Hooton plan" is going on (google it). Currently we are flooded with thousands and thousands of pseudo refugees, but dare to express a single word of concern -> you're a racist neo nazi.

Well you seem pretty much screwed if you shave your hair, I heard similar stories, there was a guy who was assaulted because of his look, some antifas thought he was a bonehead, in an area close to where some neonazis are gathering

I'm 20 and my hair ****.
Just went to the barber shop, said that I don't want my hair cut bald, but that b**ch gave me unusual buzzcut on the sides(that **** looks like my beard now) and trimmed my ****ing hairline.

I ****ING HATE GOING TO BARBERSHOPS, EVERY ****ING TIME I COME BACK WITH LESS AND LESS HAIR. EVERY ****ING TIME THAT HAIR GROWS BACK, IT'S ALWAYS EVEN MORE PATHETIC COMBOVER.
