I've already had two 2200ish graft sessions with Dr Konior. He does amazing work, but it's $25k a pop, and he's in the burbs and it's a pain having to drive all the way out there every day to get your head cleaned. I'm not ruling out another session with Dr K, but I'd like to explore other options in the loop/downton or Northside area's if they do good work. I need a bit added to the hairline but mostly to my frontal and mid. I'm only interested in FUE done by hand, not by machine. And a strong preference to someone who does the work themselves, doesn't just have the techs do it all. I wish I could do a strip, but I keep my hair super short, so the scar would be obvious; and that's also why I'm in this predicaments. You wouldn't be able to tell I'm missing hair If I had long hair, but of course I have to love it short so it's obvious.
Bonus question: I've been on Minoxidil and Dutasteride for almost a decade (finasteride 7 years, Dutasteride 3). I'm still losing hair, except for giving my bushy eyebrows (minoxidil pill), I don't see it really helping much. Given the fact that I do have some sexual side effects, am I better off just stopping the oral route and maybe trying the topical route for both? Or should I just stop them both all together? I mean it's clear that despite using them religiously, I've still lost quite a bit of hair since my last session with Konior about 18 months ago.
