What are you thoughts on Janus kinase inhibitors and adding to a regime?

i know there's great hype over alopecia areata and less so for androgenic, but they are being tested for it.

Some of the more reputable alibaba chem companies can supply so i think procuring is an option.

Hesitant over some of the sides although is via topical, it's shouldnt be too bad. hmm

Worth rolling the dice or just a waste of time and money?

As I know Aclaris is trialling JAK inhibitors now and we should see first updates this summer.

I saw quite a lot people on this forum and HLC2020 blog which don't believe that JAK inhibitors will work. Also, there is super small chance that someone will give you useful advice regarding dosage and applying of JAK inhibitors.
If I'm not mistaken there was a guy on HLC2020, I guess his nickname is 'Sam', he said that he will be taking part in testing of JAK inhibitors in Aclaris. You can try to contact him, maybe he knows something.

That said, I don't think that it's a good idea, some members on HLC2020 were talking about serious side effects (again no proofs) but taking in account that you are going use Chinese products we can't predict how the things will go.

I would wait, summer is close. Or try to talk Sam first and test your drugs in the laboratory before applying.

That Sam is me haha I’m trying to still get into the trial when it starts. I took seti for about a week and stopped due to sides and am waiting for this trial to start instead and save seti for after the trial

This is the correct link: https://www.hairlosscure2020.com/ac...al-data-on-Androgenetic Alopecia-by-mid-2019/

While not great news for us short term, its a step in the right direction.
