Jojoba Oil With Rosemary Oil Treatment

I am thinking to use jojoba oil with rosemary oil will it be enough to have some good results or should I add more essential and carrier oil. If yes which one's should i add

I have two options in mind

Lavender , peppermint, castor and almond oil in jojoba and rosemary oil
Or
Emu oil in the mixture of jojoba and rosemary

What do you guys think.
