36yo NW4 here trying the big 3. I started loosing my hair when I was 18 and was diagnosed with male pattern baldness and took finasteride a long time go, but being young and stupid, as soon as my hair stopped falling, I gave up the regimen. Through out the years I have been on and off Rogaine but never really went more than a month or so before I gave up because it was not working.
Long story short, gave up and just shaved it, but I really miss my hair and the shaved look just doesn't fit me as a person, even though people say I have a good head blah blah, I just don't like it.
I have a plan to eventually be on the big 3, but started with Minoxidil from Costco first, and adding the other two after 1 month each, just to make sure I know if there are any side effects, I know more or less which started them... maybe even dermarolling.
