Hi everyone!

I'm new to this form and looking forward to getting (and hopefully sharing) some helpful advice.

I'm a 28 yo female and I've started noticing thinning in the last year. More or less diffuse, but with some more noticeable thinning on the left side of my head and two spots at the front of my head. I've always had pretty thin hair as far as I can remember, but never this thin. I went to the doctors on a few occasions and received a battery of tests. I was tested for autoimmune, thyroid, hormones, iron, allergies, etc. and all returned back normal. My diet is fairly balanced and I exercise regularly (yoga mostly). I have no history of hair loss in my family. Even my grandfathers have full heads of hair.

I've been doing research into hairloss treatments for people in my situation and I was thinking of starting on Rogaine AND spironolactone cream. I also take Fish Oil, Vitamin B and D. Is there anything else I can and should be taking to slow/stop the hairloss and regrow what I have?

I'd be willing to try revivogen, but it seems like kind of a rip off. Has anyone had success with that? I've also been seeing some chatter about Latisse being used on the scalp. Does anyone know anything about that?

I'm willing to try anything at this point, but I don't want to pump my body full of things that are going to do more harm than good.

Thank you in advance!

Sometimes you just have to try different things and find which are best for you. What I have learned so far, is that hairloss cases are very individual and so are the remedies. I am trying to keep from hormonal treatments. I would advise to put them off as long as possible. Anyway, there is still an opportunity that your hair will grow back by itself. You must have good chances for that since you are young and healthy. You should just be patient, since nothing happens quick when it comes to hair.
