...hairloss

I tend to take a shower immediately after I wake up (well, after breakfast, that is).

Of course, some hair strands would normally be tangled after I wake up.

I notice that I tend to lose more hair after shampooing if my hair are tangled (about 10 strands at most).

If I take a shower with a groomed hair, I lose zero strands at best.

Question is, how do I sleep and prevent my hair from being tangled?

I mean, if I immediately comb my hair after waking up, same thing happens. I lose some strands.

Sounds kinda impossible.

hey man. sorry to break it to you, but if your hair is going to fall out, treating it more gently is only going to postpone the inevitable by a few days when your hair will fall out on its own. on the other hand it's not helping if you pull on your hair often, but I wouldn't go about treating your hair any differently than you did before your hair loss started other than making sure you're not pulling on your hair or scratching at your head.

bomb is correct, on a healthy head of hair, you could pull it all out & it would all regrow just as strong again. Shampooing per se, DOES NOT increase hairloss, only the appearence of hairloss. It makes the hairs that have fallen out more apparent.

You need to start using proven treatments if you want to fight hairloss. Minoxidil & Finasteride. Or maybe spironolactone, and start using nizoral shampoo. The sooner the better....BELIEVE ME!
