In shape, 6'+, reasonably well-dressed and still nowhere close to being ok with balding.
Doubt there's a whole lot of people having sex with a cap on, so you're still likely to only end up with people who "don't mind" hair loss; more often than not bottom feeders.

And that right there is why there's absolutely no point in thinking this is a solution for attracting women. It's not only just delaying the inevitable, it's actually even more damaging to your chances than that, any possible foothold you could have gained is regressed further back than a bad starting point, it's a bad starting point made even worse.
Also yes, they will think BALD, something about a bald guy wearing a hat, even if you can't see his hairline, is instantly given away by uncomfortable anxiety. You can tell all of the guys in the pictures above have hair, and actually this is subconsciously seen as like a humble thing for not showing it off.

it is best to avoid wearing hats on first encounters. The inevitable will shortly follow as women are very observant and curious to the full disclosure of a man, and his barnet.
women want men who are effortlessly beautiful. Raw masculinity.
I would imagine the only enhancement to our aesthetics a women will appreciate is working out moderately.

There is no solution if your bald. Hat, no hat...its all a catch 22. I've grown to resent this notion of obliging full disclosure by way of honesty. What do I get for my honesty and bravery? Punishment, in the form of social humiliation. Even if people know im bald under there its better than them actually seeing it... and the accusations of insecurity? I admit to being insecure about it, if you where bald chances are you would be insecure about it too so F off! Some would try to argue that the insecurity itself is a bigger turn off than the baldness. Uh huh.

I think the trick to the black cap is, woman bites, then you sell her on confidence, charm and personality. When the inevitable happens and the shroud comes down, then she won't care cause you've totally sold her on your wit and compassion.
