Indeed, thick NW2 is nowhere near a diffuse NW1.
Even thick NW3 is easily covered up via bangs or long hair.
Male pattern Baldness is just diffuse thinning, unless the recession is comical which is rare, virtually all cases of male pattern baldness have diffuse.

I think it's more a problem of low E/ E not fullfilling their functions. Probably low E receptor density in peripheral tissue.
I know a young girl who is like nw2.5 and she doesn't do much sports, and she is unnaturally athletic. More so than most dudes. Lots of lean muscle mass that she maintains effortlessly. Zero estrogenic fat storage, like athletic guys, which is very uncommon for women. Almost every girl with bad hairlines seem to be that way.

I also think since women are higher in E they are usually protected from hairline recession, and when men hop on clomid they often start receding. I think hairline is about E agonism mostly, and not so much about androgens

You guys still haven't learned that peoples headshape and hairline shape isn't the same. You can have a hairline that starts way higher up without it meaning hairloss. Look at some eastern africans, their hairline almost starts at the center of the head, even for many females.

I'm from Sweden and many girls here have a very high hairline with bigger foreheads.
