hey guys

i keep hearing of erectal problems causea propecia, i just started propecia. i kno it can cause like a softer erection. :jackit: but kegels arent like a product or anything, theyre a exercise that makes ur erection stronger and after a while makes it thicker. like more girth. ive been doin them for ages now and it helps loads so was just lettin u dudes kno.

just look up kegel exercises on google and do them. works a charm! haha

give it sometime, most side affects will go away. It doesn't work the same for everyone though.

I just saw something about this a while ago on sex sense from discovery channel I think it was.
They warned that too much of the Kegel excercise can cause premature ejaculation... :freaked2:
