Keto 1% or 2% shampoos? Is there a differnece?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone felt a difference between using a 1% or 2% keto shampoo? There are placed to get 2% online, but they it is expensive, and I am not really sure it is worth it. I was just wondering if there were an studies on this or if anyone had noticed a difference? Right now I alternate 2% and 1% keto shampoos.

I think it's better. Also, keep in mind that you should dermaroll before applying it because the molecular mass is over 500.

No need to dermaroll. Keto is easily absorbed. The 500 Dalton rule is not a law, just a general guideline. Rate of absorption depends on other chemical properties as well, and keto is confirmed to penetrate healthy skin.

Not long. Typically you are supposed to leave it on your scalp for 5 minutes. Topicals enter through the HF more easily. Don't leave it for more than an hour

It works well for me with no sides. finasteride worked well for me too, although I did experience the watery semen on that. dutasteride was like a sugar pill for me except for more hair and more T

Yeah RU never gave me sides. What about RU dosing? Is it better to do it twice daily because of its short half life? And what sources do you think are good? Thanks

Twice daily, yes. 5%. I'll dm you

I use these and they contain 1% and 2% Nizoral, but Nizoral is harsh for daily usage. My daily shampoos i rotate are, Revita, Lipogaine BIG3 and Regenepure DR. The best shampoo is hands down Regenepure DR but only contains 1% ketaconazole.

2% keto is really the only thing that is effective, I think 1% is not strong enough to do anything.
