finasteride and nizoral to maintain for starters. Most guys seem to have good results with Rogaine Foam on their temples, so thats another possibility. You got it early so that gives you some time, but I would suggest getting on the finasteride.

if the hair has been gone on the temples for a while, your best bet is to get a hair transplant.
