Kirkland minoxidil from ebay

sorry, someone advised me to do this in another thread, i just have a few questions.

like is it EXACTLY the same as the rogaine foam? same directions for use, exact same ingredients etc etc?

and if it is the exact same stuff as the rogaine foam, why is it sold cheaper in another package? whats the point?

also, is it safe to buy it from ebay?

No, it's not the same as Rogaine foam because it is a liquid solution. They don't make a generic version of the foam, but yes, it's safe to buy minoxidil from Ebay...I've done it many times.
