Hi there, I am a newbie from the UK,
Just been lloking through the internet and see some stuuf about Kirkland being a new "sister name" for the company that make Minoxidil, does anyone know if this is true, or is this just a scam to try to get people to buy it because it is cheaper than Regain?

Kirkland signature minoxidil is certainly not a scam. It's the same as Regaine/Rogaine but with more Propyleneglycol.

What is the Propyleneglycol? and what does it do? so it is not a waste of money?

PPG increases the shelf live and perhaps does something for penetration. Scalp irritations are mainly caused by PPG but if you have no problems with the Kirkland formulation (like me) you've got a cheap and safe minoxidil-source.
