Just starting L-Arginine to deal with weak erection issues. I've gotten some tightness/pain in my heart area on the few days I've taken it. I've never had any heart pain before. It almost feels like a side cramp from running a lot. Has anyone else experienced this?
I'd put the pain as 2 out of 10, but it's in a scary area of the body!
