Has anyone tried this? I have read that L Citrulline turns into L Arginine, but I recently found this (http://www.docstoc.com/docs/29034157/L-Arginine-and-L-Citrulline-tests-and-medical-studies) which claims that L Citrulline should be taken with L Arginine.
I know that some people taken L Arginine with L Lysine, and claim to get good results with hair regrowth. Then I've heard people claim that L Arginine is crap & thins your hair, and you should only take L Citrulline.
All of this is so confusing. Does anyone here have any experience with taking any of these supplements in any combination?
