Hi, I've gotten some hair back since I started dermarolling in august 2019, but foremost on my left forehead I've barely recovered anything.

I use Minoxil twice a day, also a 1,5 mm dermaroller once a week for 13-15 minutes. What should I do to get my hair back on my forehead? For example, should I try a dermapen instead of a dermaroller?

Thanks in advance for replies.

you may try daily (light) rolling at 1mm
as you know, temples are the most diff parts in order to recover
are you maintaining?

I think you should try needling every night before you apply your minoxidil instead of weekly, either that or low dose oral.

Yes, perhaps that is a good idea, or perhaps I should try a dermapen?

Thanks for the advice. What should I try a low dose of oral of?

Low dose oral minoxidil, 5mg is best for least sides maximum results imo but some may disagree. You will maybe a need a diuretic, i have seen some people take it and not need one but for me it's essential to deal with water retention. You can get oral min here https://www.thailandpharmacy.net/product-category/hypertension/

Try dermarolling daily firs though like i said, i know it's not follicas protocol but most of the good results i have seen come from people needling daily.

When can I expect to see results from dermarolling daily? I will not take oral minoxidil. I am also taking vitamin D, using nizoral 1 time a week and using topical minoxidil foam every morning and evening.

That sounds interesting I have been on finasteride 1mg since Feb 2018 and have regrown a lot of hair I was starting to lose and my temples and widows peak have come back and just started Rogaine 5% foam in April 11th and I think I am starting to see on my right temple what looks like fine hairs coming in the left temple is coming it very nicely and get a slight itching like sensation. I think I am responding does anyone know about what size dermaroller to use with minoxidil to get better results and how often to do it?
