Lagging while surfing the board

Is this just me? When i'm going through the HairLossTalk.com board there is always a time lag everytime I do something, like 8 seconds......before i can then scroll down or click on another post, anyonme else have this or just me?

I currently use DoNotTrackMe, but will DL lightbeam and give it a go.
