Used minoxidil and proscar for 15 years with very good results. Last 2 years proscar began to be less effective so I upped the dose to 2.5 mg.s from 1/4 tab. Results appeared to improve for another year but sides increased.
Now Im 47 about a Norwood 2. I dropped proscar 4 months ago, any shedding was minimal as I introduced Fluridil upon stopping the proscar. Big improvment in libido, and over all sexual performance since dropping the finasteride.
Holding really well on supps (see male pattern baldness Research) t-flav, spironolactone and fluridil. Now looking into adding RU.
