Laser Helmets any good? LLLT Treatment Advice

I saw one used on a UK tv programme called 'The hair loss clinic' the girl recovered pretty well.

What are some decent LLLT brands/models? Or anything i should be looking for specifically?

So all LLLT is no good? i heard of combs or equipoment that people mentioned, or is it through a clinic?

I remember Tom Hanks using one in the Movie Big, I don't remember it doing his hair much good

I don't think they do much. A lot of ads say "FDA approved" but they're approved to use safely, not approved for actually making hair grow.
