hey guys
i have been reading for a month or so...and decided to post my story....
i am 26...i think i start losing hair at age 18 or so....with a slight receding hairline ...but very thick bouncy hair wiht lots of volume which i mistook for the fact that i would never loose hair...my dad was bald but my mom at age 55 had no grey or white hair so i thought i got my genes from her...so i stayed in denial till age 21 when i noticed a little bit more receding on one side of my hairline...i freaked out for a week or so and bought generci minoxidil and applied it once a day...in a couple of weeks i saw tiny tiny hair in front of my hairline on the receeeding side...htey looked kidna weird so i stopped using minoxidil...
i had about 6 inches long hair till i was 23 ...when i noticed a degrading hair quality and started wearing them short...that waqs the biggest mistake of my life..as i didnt notice my receding hairline a lot or the falling hair....finally a month ago at age 26 i suddenly realized that i hhave about 10% of hair left from what i had 4 years ago...and apart from a receeding hair line i had diffusive thining all over the top of my head and i could see my skin....
well a reason for me not taking action as in taking propecia for maintenance was that i thought i would get transplants once and for all...after i go completely bald so i was kinda wishing to go bald faster...but i regret not using propecia now....even though someone recomended it to me 2 years ago...but when tiem came and i researched i didnt want to get the surgery and offcourse the $$$....the transplant doctor recommended propecia to me and i decided to try it...
i ordered merck's generics propecia from brazil i believe....3 months supply for 90bucks...and have been on it for a lil over a month...no side effects so far....just semen is not that thick...i was kinda nervous in my first week and offcourse the erection was soft if you are thinking it will be soft....but now its all good...ladies havent complained either...
well inspite of all my hair loss woes...it hasnt hurt me in the ladies department yet so fellas dont worry about it!....i have had A-B grade chicks...and still getting em....
i will post my pics here soon..before start of treatment...i woudl say i am a norwood 3 right now...fastly progressing towards nw4...
i havent gotten a shed yet from propecia..while it feels like a lil more loss in teh shower but maybe i hadnt noticed hair in the shower earlier....
i havent started minoxidil yet as i am not sure if i will be able to keep it up...evne though i think i had responded very well and quickly to minoxidil early on or was just young
