leaving nizoral solution directly on scalp

What about leaving the nizoral on the scalp without lathering it up? will this make it absorb better? i just have my hairline to work on, so i have tried just spreading the solution around and keeping it on that way, instead of lathering. then i lather it up.

as long as your scalp is clean, yeah, though it may help to rub it in.
