Legal or not Legal to buy drugs offshore (US only)

I did some research and it seems that any drug that is sold offshore automatically becomes unapproved thus illegal, however they will allow the drug to go through if its only for personal use, supply no greater than 3 months and you are under doctor's supervision.

However, most people prob are not under doctor's supervision, so that means, the drug might be denied. I keep researching if it is a felony or some kind of crime (I can't find any evidence of it).

Any opinions on the issue or more articles, please post. thanks!

Yeah that's interesting, isn't it. I mean, what about things like fluridil, where some places you read it's a drug and others it's a cosmetic. If you go to some of those sites they say that they ship things but that you have to abide by the regulations of your country. How do you find out if it's ok? Is there a list of products considered 'drug' or 'cosmetic' ? Obviously finasteride is a drug.

It's definitely NOT a felony. It isn't legal but 3 months for personal use is allowed, in general, for rx drugs. I've had a package opened once by the FDA when purchasing a bottle of spironolactone. It was approved. The FDA put an "inspection" label on the package, re-taped it, and checked the box stating "send to mailing address", or something to that effect.

Now if you try to get a controlled substance through the mail without an rx, that could be a felony. None of the stuff we're talking about here is a controlled substance. Don't try to order controlled substances through the mail without an rx!!!!!!
