Leveling off the sides

I've been on finasteride for a year and a half. My results have been great. I've kept everything that I had, and even gained some hair, I think. Anyway, the sides started to get to me. My wife and I are trying to have a kid, and I think finasteride may have been slowing us down. My libido wasn't affected that badly (just a little, wasn't quite what it used to be, but was still fine), but I had really watery semen that didn't quite "travel as far". So for those reasons, I stopped a few weeks ago and have noticed a change in my libido and semen since stopping. Once I have a kid, I'm going back on, because the results I was getting were great. Anyway, what I want to know is if there's a way for me to perhaps go back on now and combat the sides I was getting. Would a multi-vitamin prevent my semen from being so watery, or help with my libido? Is there something else that may help? I'm willing to wait until she's pregnant to go back on, but I'd like to go back on right away because I had good results, and want to keep at it.

Revivogen?

I'm missing the correlation between watery semen and fertility. Have you had clinical tests that show is isn't "traveling as far" or is this just your own personal feeling?

Have you been trying for a long time? I'm not sold on the fact that watery semen means reduction in fertility.

Someone prove me wrong!

thanks mew, but I don't think any of these are specifically concerned with a "watery" appearance/consistency and what that means?

i understand propecia can have a spectrum of effects on sperm including reduced fertility, and having watery sperm is certainly an indicator that something's up - but this seems like a fairly common side effect, and i'd like to see a study specifically linking a "watery" consistency with infertility.

Then you have not done your homework.

Dude, how is it that every single one of your 124 posts on this forum have been anti-propecia?
Are you even trying to stop your hair loss any more?

no. mew is the moderator of propeciahelp.com. he's on here 'helping' ppl with their side effects from propecia.

Nothing wrong with what Mew has been doing though, everyone has different belief and he is doing what he thinks is right to help others. I am sure his opinions somehow helped people who suffered with strong sides.

i'd lower the dose of propecia, mabye to 3/4 or half of what uve got now, and add in revivogen... give it a shot.
