I always saw lex luthor as the villain everyone looked at as the jealous sore loser of super man. However I have to admit i had only seen the new super man movies so my word wasnt worth that much

but the other day i saw some animated super man films (made by DC, i highly recommend them, they are mature and great) and lex luthor is actually a pretty ****in awesome and charming character. he is made out to be extremely intelligent, wise and masculine

they really depicted him well, i couldn't help but like him a lot. they almost make him out to be the best possible kind of human, at least in terms of power

he is very resourceful, always using kryptonite in some ways when battling superman. you got to give it to him, he's got balls. going up against basically a god and all

and there's even one DC animated film where lex plays the good guy in an alternate universe. it's called "justice league: crisis on two earths"

I always like Lex in justice league and the newer animations. He's portrayed as witty, intelligent, charismatic and successful.

and yea smallville lex was definitely made slimy, but i admit he had his charm too with his class, intelligence, and personality and such

I liked Smallville Lex in the first few seasons, before they made him uncharacteristically evil. Rosenbaum was brilliant.

There is an episode where he is talking with Clark about some mythological god like figure, and someone who stands against him. The episode ends with him saying something like "Did you ever consider that the god-figure is not the hero of the story?"

Lex emanates power.

But still, no one would call him ugly, or even less good looking, than Clark. I fear the Jesse Eisenberg portrayal is going to take him to a pathetic, dweeby, cancer-patient like level that we all associate with baldness.
