Does anyone know if ginseng, gingko or l arginine are good at improving erection quality and penis circulation? I had a blood test done and my test was higher than average but it was found that I had very low levels of vitamin d. I've been taking a vitamin d supplement for around 2 weeks now and at the start it felt like it was making a difference. Its sort of worn off now, and I'm back to my side effects of feeling bloated, having brain fog and feeling a lack of circulation to my penis. I need to know if any of these supplements could help me out potentially.

We have no rigorous research on fighting finasteride/dutasteride sides with additional chemicals, just anecdotes.

Zinc is the only one that might do something. Likely it won't have any affect if you were not deficient in it, which is unlikely unless you have a poor diet, sweat a lot, or are an alcoholic.

It's cheap and worth a try though. Give it a month before deciding whether it worked.

These side effects seem to alleviate when I take a multivitamin, but I can't pinpoint exactly what in the multi is helping me

Was your estrogen or estridol high? That can cause libido issues even if your T is fine.

And that may or may not be affected by the Dutasteride.

Would a normal blood test show me my estrogen and estradiol levels? If so, I had a blood test the other day I just need to go to the doctor to check over it

1) By removing DHT you are preventing one of the strongest activators of androgen receptors from doing their job which is very important for libido and erections.

2) Even if this alone wasn't a problem, DHT is the primary estrogen antagonist, and by removing it, estrogen increases in quantity but also it's action and effect on the body, due to DHT no longer competing with it.

If point 1 doesn't screw up your libido and erections, number 2 surely will. Just ask anyone who has done a steroid cycle without arimidex and ended up with overly high estrogen. Same goes for when it is too low however. Hormones are very important when it comes to sexual function.

Hence, whoever tells you that removing DHT does not affect anything in an adult male body, doesn't really have a whole lot of clue what he's talking about.

Based on that, I don't think that some herbs will help with this problem. I could second the zinc notion, but it won't really do much if you're not deficient and don't take too much, as you will throw off your mineral balance with copper and other minerals.

Why do the countless clinical studies of finasteride show between 85-98% retain normal sexual function despite them removing 70-95% DHT then?

testosterone is more important than dht really even drugs that are made from dht raise free testosterone like proviron

Doctor just got back to me, said my estrogen levels are too high. Is there any natural estrogen blockers I can take?

Idk if DIM actually does anything to estrogen but some studies say it converts bad estrogens to good ones. I don't really have sides and my libido has been through the roof

Try
L arginine 1500 mg morning 1500 mg night
Dim with resveratrol

This is what I take religiously, don't really take the night dose of arginine anymore

Update: dim is working really well for my sexual health and the brain fog. I feel much better, however I feel that my anxiety is a bit more and I feel that this may be due to the high testosterone? I had problems with anxiety before duta, but it seems that the raised estrogen kept the physical symptoms at bay
