whatever does not burn or smell too bad. I'd add a drop or two each day to your mix. 2mL of PEG-80 from puritan's pride should dissolve it. I'm guessing 1mL in 60 is as high as you'd need to go, but 2 drops might be enough. And I think the extract is an oil. I could be wrong. It may just be somewhat fat soluble.
