Hi what is the correct way to take poctures to see if balding? Do u use flash what lighitn should i use? Does loghting have big impact on how the hair looks? Should you take pic of your hair when its dry or wet

But the point is i think harsh lighting is good but flash i think does make look worse cause always have the flash mark in photoe if gey me will use bathroom light how is it best to take photos and when should you take them right after dried your hair day or two later?

Actually is not even this, its my hairline. With harsh light I can see it's ALL fucked up. Thined out and whispy, no density anymore.

You should count number of hair per cm2. To do this you need a buzzcut and 1cmx1xm paper cut into square to form 1cm^2 and put it on your head where you believe you are thinning. Also you should check the thickness of the hairs you shed throughout the day. If it tapers toward root too much, (lighter and thinner) you have an ongoing thinning brother.

How do you check by 1cm method never heard that before

Take a white paper; measure 1 cm x 1cm square = 1cm^2 then cut this square. Now you will have a paper with an empty square spot that is 1cm^2. Place it on top of your hair and have somebody take a photo from top that way you will see and be able to count how many hairs you have per 1cm^2. Ideal number is 70-100 per 1 cm^2.

Her3s a question for you chaps is it not the best way to comb your hair forward if you uave long hair then take a pic cause doesnt combing sepeeate hairs to give you true reflection of ehat u have left rather
