ok so i know you are supposed to pick a reg and stci with it so fair mine is
proscar 2 months
nizoral 3 months
folligen 1 month

is there any harm in adding another growth stimulater like Crinagen or should i just give this more time and not add anything eles?

I'm doing the same regimen. Stick with what you have for 1 year, if results don't get better then add something else.

Jkriley: Didn't you just quit minoxidil too? Man, you seem so indecisive. Just stick with your routine, have some faith and wait things out. Everyday I see multiple panic posts from you. You got to give it time!!

ya i am happy with what i am on now i am not panicking just want to know if i should do more and i have shed a lot in the last 2 months so much so it is noticeable which is why i was wondering about a growth stimulator.
