Long Term Dutasteride/finasteride Effects On Male Fertility

I've been on Finasteride for 1 year and a half now, it worked pretty well (and no sides) until 2/3 months when I started experiencing a new wave of regression.

I am thinking about adding 1 or 2 0.5mg of Dutasteride per week and see how it fares.

There's only one thing holding me back, if taking too much anti androgen could have a bad effect on my fertility.
I don't mean the direct effects on sperm counts that as far as I know could be reversed after discontinuation, but if there's any scientific study that link male infertility with long term use of anti androgens.

I love my hair but I wouldn't trade it for the chance of having a child in the future.

Thank you!

Hey have you changed anything recently? Finasteride brand? You use anything else besides Finasteride? Ketaconazole or minoxidil.

I don't know, Finpecia seems to have worked for me pretty well for more than one year and the brand as far as I know is quite reliable.

What could you have done differently? You use minoxidil or Ketaconazole and any diet change etc?

No, no diet change or important life change. I could add Ketaconazole but I have seen mixed review on its efficacy in this and other forums. You suggest to start using it? for you has done good?

I was thinking of trying to holding on with finasteride until the end of the year and see how it goes, then adding Dutasteride if the situation keeps getting worse

As I said my biggest fear of continuing to add anti androgens is on the overall health and in particular on their possible prolonged use effects on fertility even after their discontinuation

Hey I would add Ketaconazole or add a shampoo like Regenepure DR has 1%, what about trying Topical Finasteride or Dutasteride as I use Topical form.

You receding or just shedding?
