Long term sexual side effects with finasteride

Does anyone have any info on the long term sexual side effects for men who use finasteride and the ability to get women pregnant? Should I be worried??

I mean i bust mad nuts but they are nowhere near as big as pre-finasteride.

You should be fine with having kids even while taking finasteride. But just to be on the super-safe side, I'd recommend not taking finasteride for a week or two prior to conceiving.

Here's some additional info from Merck (http://www.propecia.com/finasteride/pro ... #questionc):

"There was no effect observed on the sperm count or sperm quality (motility or structure) in men treated with finasteride (the generic name of PROPECIA) who took 1 milligram a day for 12 months."

a word of warning - if you look up medical journals, please disregard the studies which utilize rats. Their reproductive response to DHT is different than our.. (in their case, fertility down ~%50).
