Hey, I’ll try and be brief. Been on finasteride for years, I’d say 6 maybe? Been on minoxidil for even longer. Did one year of low level laser therapy or whatever it’s called at the beginning. Take biotin, have done for years. Use Waterman’s shampoo I think it’s called? Supposed to help block dht or something? Have tried dermaneedling but I don’t really know what I’m doing. Probably did it on and off for about 2 years or so. Right, all caught up. Anyway, I have diffused hair loss and it’s really kicking in now, I think my regime is almost out of juice. I’ve been refused for a hair transplant from a number of clinics here in the uk because of the risk of shock loss etc. So, I want to have one last go and try to save my hair. I might invest in an irestore laser helmet thing just to use alongside everything else. I know they probably do f*** all, but does anyone here actually have any experience with one? Also, I’m really gonna give dermaneedling a good go. Does anyone have any tips? What pen is best? How many needles? Depth? Do I apply minoxidil right after? All that kind of stuff. And finally, is there anything else I can throw into the mix? Vitamins? That prp thing? Anything like that? I’m not gonna switch to dutasteride just cause I never really had amazing results on finasteride and I doubt duta is gonna just spontaneously reverse my hair loss. Anyway, thanks as always guys. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
