Hey will soon be starting a new protocol given that finasteride monotherapy was giving me intolerable brain fog.

The plan is to start with Eucapil/Topilutamide 2% as soon as it gets delivered, add 5% Minoxidil Foam 2-3 weeks later and add alfratadiol as soon as I find a reliable source other than ebay. This is on top of my usual ~5 times a week ketoconazole shampoo.

Is there any other androgen receptor inhibitor or antagonist that is relatively safe and has atleast some research behind it (along the level of eucapil and alfratadiol)?

My hair is buzzed (diffuse thinning) so applying these throughout the day should be tolerable. Hoping to get good regrowth on minoxidil and slow down the progression of loss with eucapil and alfratadiol. Not sure it will be enough but I can't tolerate sides on anything stronger. If y'all have any other suggestions let me know.

Melatonin has some studies for Androgenetic Alopecia, dermaneedling might help too.

Wow the results on those studies are crazy especially since hair growth was evaluated with images and software rather than personal assessment. Wonder what the 90 day results look like.
