Looking for advice on a *potent*, non steroid related, anti-inflam topical

Hey guys. Just looking to substitute my use of Hydrocortisone 1% that I use daily. It is effective for inflammation, not getting any sides, but just looking for a non drug approach.
It does decrease shedding and I believe that an anti-inflam that is *truly* effective in interrupting the cascade of proccesses involved in male pattern baldness is an absolute must in any regimen.
Any advice guys ? (besides steroids, etc.)

I know emu oil is good for anti-inflammation.
