Looking for Some Solutions

I'm 23 and look to be about a stage 3/4 on the chart. I tried Costco Rogain but without much success. I also have Nizzoral (sp) shampoo and am looking to get into Procepia. Can anyone recommend a site online that sells it and has it already pre cut into daily tablets? Sorry for the newb question, just getting desparate for some help here.

Do they also sell the pill cutters? I have read that cutting it into 1/5ths is quite difficult. Is there a easy way to cut it into 1/4ths? I tried the other stuff for a few months without result
