So, about a year and a half ago, I started on finasteride, and at first I got the usual sides, weaker erections, ball ache, but those did subside after a while. But by the 3-4 month mark, I had to stop, I was beginning to develop symptoms of gyno, and a trip to the doctors confirmed that. So I came off it, and fortunately the gyno symptoms went away not long after that. The only thing I've been using to treat my hairloss is nizoral, which may I add, is ab absolute God send, the stuff is amazing. My hair always looks so much thicker after I use it. Couple that with dry shampoo on the days where I'm not washing my hair, and I usually don't look too bad.
I have started noticing things getting worse again though, and I really want to go back on finasteride at some point, I'm 23, and I'm just not ready to lose my hair yet.
Is there anything I can do to try avoid the gyno symptoms? Or at least minimise it as much as possible. I was overweight back when I started, and I still am now, so perhaps losing some weight, getting physically fit would help stop the symptoms? I'd really appreciate any advice on this.
