Looks like it's DUPA...

I've been on fincar for just over a year, and wasn't sure if it was working. Well, now it looks like I have my answer. In the last couple of months I've noticed thinning in the area where even a nw7 shouldn't notice any loss. So basically, I'm fucked. I have the most aggressive form of hair loss and there's no treatment and probably never will be. I'm only 23 by the way. Even the fabled HM won't be of any use to me....The suspicion I have that I've been singled out with inferior genes gains more credence every f***ing day.

Yes, I do have fine hair, but I used to have quite high density for a fine haired person, and to lift up hair and see scalp like in the first two pics is highly unusual for me.

Another thing I should point out, n the first 2 pics I was wearing concealer making my hair look thicker than it actually is, so I should take more without.

if you really think you have DUPA then go see someone because it's very unlikely to be male pattern baldness

Nah that's normal. Most people destined for advance baldness (NW4-7) usually get thinning on the sides too imo.

His fears may seem exagerated but i can understand the fear of DUPA. Im thinning in a simiar pattern to the picure i posted. It isn't bothering me too much but it does rule out the possibility of a hair transplant in the near future for me.
