I am 25 and am currently between a Norwood 2 and 3 with thinning taking place quite evenly on top combined with a receding hairline.
I started using Kirkland 5% Minoxidil 7 weeks ago and have seen some shedding and am currently in the middle of the well-known shedding shits.
This week I managed to get my hands on a good supply of Proscar so have begun taking that too.
My question is whether I should stop using the Minoxidil as most of the reviews I have read are very negative and it is not really meant for the hairline which is my most pressing concern.
Does anybody have any words of wisdom? Should I quit the Minoxidil and just go for the Proscar?
NB. My future plan is to get a hair transplant once I have the cash
