Lose hair after use finasteride and lipogain

Please help me
I use one month ago lipogain big 3 shampo and essengen f from mnioxidilmax after 4 weeks lose hair and stop tretment. My scalp itchy and very dry i go to doctor he give me nizoral 2% and presription for 0.025% finasteride topical from pharmacy .Starting to use or wait
I afraid lose hair again after use finasteride.

Initaly you might lose hair from minoxidil and finasteride. It may take up to 6 months for finasteride to see any improvement.
And you can't really stop using minoxidil once you're on it.

I haven't used minoxidil
I only used the big3 shampo every other day for a month
I also used essengen F with minoxidilmax.com for two weeks and since then my hair is dry and my skin itches.
Is prescription topical finasteride from pharmacy is safer to use than online store?

Topical finasteride is useless imo, nizoral is good at alleviating itchy but also dries your hair like crazy.

Buy 5mg proscar for $30 and split it to 1.25mg a day, if you want something topical use dutasteride

Idk what to tell you, i don't have low libido or ED and my regimen is insane.
For topicals i can recomend ru58841, minoxidil, dutasteride, progesterone.
